- Artikel yang ditulis untuk Jurnal AAU JDST, meliputi hasil pemikiran dan hasil penelitian di bidang sains, teknologi pertahanan, dan teknologi informasi.
- Naskah diketik dengan huruf Times New Roman, ukuran 12 pts, dengan spasi 1,5 spasi, pada kertas A4 sepanjang 15-25 halaman, dengan ketentuan margin 3 cm pada margin atas, 2,5 cm margin bawah 3 cm margin kiri, dan 2,5 cm margin kanan. Dengan format kolom-berkolom tunggal
- Berkas (file) dibuat dengan file pdf berosulusi tinggi dan Microsoft Word (ekstensi RTF). Nama penulis dicantumkan tanpa gelar akademik dan ditempatkan di bawah judul artikel.
- Penulis harus mencantumkan alamat lembaga dan e-mail untuk memudahkan komunikasi.
- Seluruh judul bagian dan sub-bagian dicetak tebal (bold)
- Sistematika penulisan artikel hasil penelitian adalah: judul; nama penulis (tanpa gelar akademik); abstrak (maksimal 150 kata) yang berisi tujuan, metode, dan hasil penelitian; kata kunci; pendahuluan (tanpa judul) yang berisi latar belakang, sedikit tinjauan pustaka, tujuan penelitian, metode; pembahasan; simpulan dan saran; daftar pustaka (hanya memuat sumber-sumber yang dirujuk).
- Abstrak makalah penelitian berbentuk dalam bahasa Inggris dan Indonesia, abstrak penelitian harus berisi judul, tujuan, metode, dan temuan penelitian.
